If you’re anything like me when you are starting your business or have an idea for a business your mind goes into over drive. It can feel like you are being pulled in so many directions when it comes to defining your business. Every business should have a clear definition of its brand values. To put it simply, a brand is what your customer thinks of when she hears your company or product name.

After speaking with clients, I found that there was a need to help define their business and their brand. I created a simple worksheet that will ask you the questions you need to focus on WHAT is your specialty ?; WHO is your target market ?; and HOW you have a competitive advantage ?
